Visit of local MP Katherine Fletcher
We welcomed our local MP Katherine Fletcher to our school on Thursday morning
We took Katherine on a tour of the school, talked about our plans for the future and had an assembly in which Katherine talked about the COP26 conference as well as talking to the children about how she became an MP as part of our 'raising aspirations' focus.
Katherine presented certificates to our new Pupil Parliament MPPs (Member of Pupil Parliament)
It was great that Katherine took time out of her very busy schedule to talk to us about the COP26 conference and hopefully we will continue to be supported by Katherine as we move our school into the future
